With a completely separate power supply and upgraded audio filter and regulator stages, the 640C benefits from incredibly low distortion and good signal to noise ratio with a high specification Wolfson WM8740 24-bit/192kHz DAC. This results in the delivery of a huge dynamic range and a clear, clean sound.
