Reports[edit]

  • Stereo receiver with RDS from 1997 in the new Kenwood design. 90 watts (1 KHz, 1 %) into 4 ohms. No pots, all controls are electronic as is input selection.
  • Front is all plastic, speaker connections for 2 pairs are spring terminals only.
  • 2 sockets on the back, standby and all off power switch on the front. System remote control with almost all receiver functions.
  • A look under the cover fixed with 8 screws after all arouses more enthusiasm :
  • The interior is very nice clean and solidly built. The lush power supply is just as convincing as the large massive heat sinks of the discrete power amplifier.
  • Two 8 amp DEC relays for the speakers and the standby power supply should also be mentioned.

Buffer capacitors with only 5600 µF.
