Company in Duisburg, Germany, headed by Alfred Rudolph and Hermann Winters, specializing mainly in the design and manufacture of loudspeakers. A large part of these loudspeakers contain horns and the very exclusive ion tweeter, which produces sound by means of a modulated flame. Furthermore, the models usually contain drivers from [[Seas]].

The company invented the so-called hyperspherical horn, which works by a specific asymmetry particularly broadband. The first model with this horn was the [[Acapella La Campanella]], larger models followed.

The company Acapella also introduced the amplifiers of [[Unison Research]] on the German market and first took over the distribution.
